About the group classes
We focus on small group classes, with not more than 10 students per class. This way, our teacher is able to give proper attention and modification, ensuring that you are practicing in safe way to prevent injury. There is a strong focus on alignment, and teacher Boe cares deeply about the improvement in her students.

We offer many different classes, such as Hatha Yoga, Gentle Stretch, Inversions and Arm Balances, Yoga Wheel and Chair Yoga.
